Vern Eide Ford — dealership standards and preferences.

Your Dealership Standards

Cohereo uses two separate standards. The Cohereo Benchmark is research-informed and fixed. Your Dealership Goal is your own expectation and is fully editable.

A salesperson can be above the Cohereo benchmark while still sitting below a more aggressive dealership goal. Cohereo shows both — it never turns an aggressive goal into fake poor performance.

Source Assignment

Which lead sources each salesperson is actually assigned. This is eligibility context, never a performance judgement.

Internet Leads — Not Assigned: Pat Skinner, Les Neugebauer

  • Every internet metric reads N/A — Not Assigned Internet Leads. It is never shown as 0%.
  • They are excluded from internet benchmark populations and internet team priority counts.
  • They remain fully included in Calls, Phone, Walk-In, Sold / Goal, Coaching and Development.
  • Standards are identical for everyone. This is not a part-time exception, a reduced benchmark, or an exclusion from the team.

Monthly Unit Goals

Set each salesperson's unit goal for the current production month. Previous monthly goals and results are preserved in Prior Months.

Sold / Goal measures results. The five Cohereo competencies diagnose performance. Unit-goal attainment never raises or lowers a competency score — a salesperson can beat their goal and still have a real development opportunity.

Team & Coaching Assignments

Cohereo identifies where coaching is needed. The dealership decides who owns it. Assigning a manager creates that manager's coaching team everywhere in Cohereo.

Managers primarily see their assigned team. Dealership leadership (Trent Hennagir) sees the entire dealership. Cohereo never scores or grades a manager.

Confidence Framework

Confidence never changes a KPI. It changes how strongly Cohereo communicates the conclusion.
